Phoenix - a Decade of Price Appreciation

Here is a look at the Median Price per Square Foot in Phoenix, by month, going all the way back to January 2010.

It looks like 2010 was the end of the pricing collapse from the financial meltdown and the Great Recession, with prices ending the year about 10% - 15% lower than where they started. However, prices started upward in 2011 and haven't looked back.

Last month's $152.67 Median Price per Square Foot is up 151% from January 2010, and up 206% from the decade's low point in February 2011.
